My Story

Losing a loved one is never easy. I was lucky enough to be Elise’s Niece for 24 years. She taught me everything I know from love, care, and humor to cooking, baking, and bringing family together. Therefore, I have decided to take a leap of faith and start my own baking business in her honor called “Elise’s Niece's Cafe."

Elise McCullough, a loving mother, caring sister, inspirational aunt, knowledgeable godmother, & phenomenal baker. Throughout my 24 short years in this world, my Aunt Elise managed to teach me a lifetime of valuable lessons before becoming my guardian angel. After losing her battle to cancer, I decided to leave corporate America to pursue a passion of mine; baking! Kick back and take a break while I bake through all of her mouthwatering recipes!
